中国炼铁系统的节能与环境保护

回顾了20世纪90年代以来,中国炼铁系统的节能和环境保护的进展.指出由于高炉喷煤技术的开发和推广,大大减少了焦炉的建设投资,真正从源头减少了铁前系统的能耗和污染.基于对炼铁系统二次能源的分析,从节能和减排温室气体来看,淘汰落后的小烧结、小高炉, 大力推广高炉TRT、高效干式除尘和利用高炉煤气发电及烧结余热回收利用等,将是今后工作的重点.     

特高压快速接地开关的研制

特高压输电线路上,潜供电弧对线路产生的影响不容忽视,潜供电弧的顺利熄灭是实现单相自动重合闸的必要条件.稳态下潜供电流和恢复电压幅值是潜供电弧熄灭的两个决定性因素.快速接地开关作为重要的电器设备,越来越多的应用于电力系统中.快速接地开关除了在系统发生故障时接地外,还能快速关合潜供电流和降低恢复电压.本文根据750kV系统潜供电弧的特点和熄弧要求,研制了一种快速接地开关,着重对触头系统进行了研究,计算了触头压力、触头电动力及断口开距的大小,给出了快速接地开关整体设计思路和结构图.     

NUMERICAL ANALYSIS AND EXPERI- MENT OF UNSTEADY THERMAL FIELD OF ROTOR PLATE FOR EDDY CURRENT RETARDER

The physical model based on heat transfer theory and virtual boundary method for analyzing unsteady thermal field of rotor plate for eddy current retarder used in automobile is established and boundary conditions are also defined. The finite element governing equation is derived by Galerkin method. The time differential item is discrete based on Galerkin format that is stable at any condition. And a new style of varying time step method is used in iteration process. The thermal field on the rotor plate at the radial and axle directions is analyzed and varying temperature at appointed points on two side-surfaces is measured. The testing and analytical data are uniform approximately. Finite element method can be used for estimating thermal field of the rotor plate at initial design stage of eddy current retarder.     

三维有限元法分析频率对接地电阻的影响

提出了用涡流场的A-V有限元分析方法计算接地系统接地电阻的方法,分析了入地电流频率的变化对接地电阻的影响。计算结果表明,频率对接地体自身电阻的影响较大,但对散流电阻的影响很小。     

三相异步电动机运行指标的分析

利用电机学理论分析了影响电机起动转矩、起动电流、最大转矩和最小转矩的因素。     

MHD simulation of high-current subsonic vacuum arc under different distributed axial magnetic fields

Based on two-temperature magnetic hydrodynamic (MHD) model, the influence of saddle-shaped distributed axial magnetic field (AMF, linearly increases along radial position) and bell-shaped distributed AMF (linearly decreases along radial position) on plasma loss and heat flux density to anode in subsonic high-current vacuum arc (HCVA) is simulated and analyzed. According to the simulation results, the saddle-shaped AMF can more effectively inhibit plasma loss from arc column than that of bell-shaped AMF. Comparisons between simulation results and experimental results further verify the correctness of model and simulation.     

Influence of additives on electrodeposition of bright Zn-Ni alloy on mild steel from acid sulphate bath

The influence of a condensation product (CP) of veratraldehyde (VRTD) and p-amino benzoic acid (PABA) on Zn-Ni alloy electrodeposited onto mild steel was studied in acidic sulphate solutions. Ethylenediaminetetraaceticacid (EDTA) and cetyltrimethylammoniumbromide (CTAB) were used as complexing and wetting agents, respectively. The effect of bath constituents, pH, current density and temperature on nature of deposit were studied through Hull cell experiments. The bath constituents and operating parameters were optimized. Deposit properties and corrosion resistance were discussed. Throwing power, current efficiency and polarization studies were carried out. SEM photomicrographs of the deposit obtained from optimum bath revealed fine-grained deposit of the alloy in the presence of condensation product and hence modified the morphology of zinc-nickel alloy deposit. IR spectrum of the scrapped deposit showed inclusion of addition agent.     

济钢120t转炉二次烟气除尘设计

济钢120t转炉二次烟气除尘设备选用长袋低压脉冲除尘器,风机采用液力偶合器,并设计将加料系统除尘风量直接加入转炉二次烟气除尘系统。系统投产后,每炉钢节电1200kW,烟气排放浓度为47mg/m3,烟气温度在110℃以下。实践证明,该系统具有节能、捕集率高、排放浓度低、自动化程度高等特点。     

高速电路中地电流的影响及其对策

从理论上分析了产生地电流干扰的原因，从而在实践上提出了一些经常被忽略，却是行之有效的方法来减小地电流的干扰，设计出高质量的电路。     

电弧炉采用石灰石单渣冶炼工艺的研究

采用优质石灰石取代质量差的白灰 ,进行了单渣电弧炉熔炼。结果表明 ,钢水成本降低 ,钢水质量提高 ,取得了良好的效果。
